Delivery time includes order preparation and shipping. Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and German public holidays, and not delivered on Sundays and other holidays.
No additional taxes or custom duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include Vat and are thus listed as gross prices.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which BERENIKA CZARNOTA cannot accept liability. THe refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection. All items must be returned in their original condition. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned in its original condition accompanied by its tags. Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the discretion of BERENIKA CZARNOTA. Moreover items should be returned in their original packaging. The only exception we make in covering the return costs, is when there has been a mistake on our side (eg. wrong item sent or damage). In this case, please provide us with pictures and a short explanation, and we will gladly assist a free return.
As soon as we have received the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will send a confirmation e-mail and make a refund. It may take up to 14 days before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company first. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@berenikaczarnota.com.

Due to the nature of personalised items, exchanges of returns are not allowed.
